These terms are the agreement between you and Sendcat when you use our website and app at sendcat.app. By creating an account or using Sendcat, you're agreeing to them. We've kept them as plain as we can.
The short version
- Sendcat finds products for you across online stores. When you buy, you buy from the store — under that store's terms.
- We may earn a commission when you buy through our links. It never changes the price you pay.
- Prices and stock come from the stores and can change — always confirm on the store's page before you buy.
- Be 18+, keep your account details accurate, and don't abuse the service.
What Sendcat is
Sendcat is a shopping tool. You tell us what you want, and we search online stores and show you options side by side. The listings — prices, photos, availability, descriptions — come from third-party stores. When you decide to buy, the purchase happens with that store, under that store's terms and policies. Sendcat is not the seller and isn't a party to your purchase.
Our search assistant is automated: it turns your request into store searches. It works hard, but listings can be wrong, out of date, or out of stock. Always verify the details on the store's own page before buying.
Affiliate links
Some links on Sendcat are affiliate links — if you buy through them, the store may pay us a commission. This costs you nothing extra and doesn't change which results we show you.
Shipping and your US address
Where package-forwarding features are available (like a US shipping address and package pre-alerts), additional terms may apply and will be shown to you before you use them. You're responsible for making sure anything you ship is legal to import and complies with carrier and customs rules — prohibited and restricted items can't be shipped.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Some details (like your date of birth) can't be changed after signup — contact support if something's genuinely wrong.
- Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
Fair use
Don't use Sendcat to:
- Break the law, or buy or ship anything illegal.
- Scrape, copy, or resell the service or its data.
- Interfere with the service — probing, overloading, or working around our security or rate limits.
- Impersonate anyone or create accounts with false information.
If you do, we can suspend or close your account.
Sharing
When you share a product or a search from Sendcat, anyone with the link can see it. Don't share links you'd rather keep private.
Our content
The Sendcat name, logo, and the service itself belong to us. Product listings, trademarks, and images belong to their respective stores and owners. You may use Sendcat for your own personal shopping — not to build a competing dataset or service.
Third-party stores and sites
We link to stores and services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, policies, pricing, or how they handle your data — check their terms and privacy policies when you shop with them.
Disclaimers
Sendcat is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or that every listing is correct. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Sendcat isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for issues arising from your purchases with third-party stores. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Ending things
You can stop using Sendcat and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (like disclaimers and limitation of liability) survive termination.
Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top and let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. Using Sendcat after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Jamaica.
